To dye the rice I put 3 tablespoons of rubbing alcohol in each gallon sized ziplock bag.  I added dark green food coloring to two bags, and neon green food coloring to two bags. 10lbs of rice is 25 cups so I added 6 heaping cups of rice to each bag.  Mix them up and let air dry.

Pour rice into a container.

This is 2 gallon sized bags.  I made extra because I plan on bringing it to our classroom.
